Information we do not collect

You can use every page and tool without registering. We do not ask for your name, email address or employer, and the annual leave planner does its calculations on your device. Your plan is not sent to us.

What is stored in your browser

If you choose a part of the UK, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

The weather tool

When you search for a place or pick a location, your browser requests weather data directly from Open-Meteo, sending the place name or coordinates. If you press "Use my location", your browser asks your permission first and the coordinates are used only for that request. Open-Meteo's own privacy terms apply to those requests.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are used to keep the site secure and working, and are not used to identify you.

Analytics and advertising

If analytics or advertising services are added to the site, this page will be updated to name them and explain your choices, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data an organisation holds about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
